Changing mat with snaps | Old Beige CORD & Frotte

A handmade baby changing pad and changing table accessory set made from soft CORD fabric with a corduroy-like texture and absorbent cotton terry cloth. The changing pad is reversible and features snap fasteners on both sides, allowing you to attach and replace the waterproof changing pad liners. A practical and elegant addition to any nursery.

✏️ PERSONALISATION

Only the pillow included in Sets D7–D8 or available separately can be personalised. The more characters a name contains, the shorter and thinner the embroidered letters will be.

If no name is provided, the pillow will be made without embroidery. Entering a name when purchasing a set without a pillow (D1–D6) does not result in personalisation. We do not send additional messages regarding this.

🌿 MATERIALS & QUALITY

• CORD: 100% polyester with a soft, ribbed, corduroy-like texture. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

• Terry cloth: 100% cotton, thick and absorbent. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

• Waterproof changing pad liners: A combination of absorbent cotton terry cloth and waterproof coated polyester fabric. Both materials are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

• Filling: 100% breathable polyester filling, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

All sets are handmade with care in our sewing workshop in the European Union. We use certified fabrics and accessories and carefully protect the finished products during shipping.

📐 PRODUCT DIMENSIONS

• Changing pad: Size according to the selected variation, approximately 3–4 cm thick. The central area, outlined by an inverted U-shaped stitched seam, always measures approximately 45x60 cm, regardless of the overall pad size.

• Waterproof changing pad liners: Approximately 45x60 cm, attached with snap fasteners.

• Protective bolster: Length 200 cm, diameter approximately 10 cm. For custom pad sizes, we adjust the length individually.

• Baby blanket: 100x75 cm, lightweight summer blanket without filling.

• Hooded towel: 75x75 cm, also suitable for the beach.

• Baskets: Diameter 19 cm, height 19 cm + 5 cm folded rim.

• Pillow: Approximately 45x32 cm including ruffles, embroidery width approximately 20 cm.

• Bunting garland: 161 cm + 50 cm fastening ribbon on each side, 9 fabric pennants.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight dimensional variations of approximately 1–2 cm may occur.

🧺 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand washing is recommended, or use a gentle machine cycle at 30°C.

• Spin at a maximum of 800 rpm.

• Do not tumble dry.

• Do not use fabric softener.

• Iron CORD fabric only when necessary, on the right side through an additional layer of fabric or at a low temperature.

• Gently reshape after washing and allow to air dry.

🛡️ SAFETY & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Use only under adult supervision. Never leave your baby unattended on a changing table.

• The changing pad is intended for use on a suitable changing table.

• The protective bolster provides soft padding around the edges but does not prevent falls.

• Inspect all products before every use. Do not use if any defects or damage are found.

• The pillow, protective bolster and bunting garland are not intended for infant sleep.

• Hang the bunting garland out of children's reach. It is not a toy. Cords and ribbons may pose entanglement and strangulation hazards.

💧 WATERPROOF PROTECTION

The changing pad and waterproof liners can handle a considerable amount of moisture, but not unlimited amounts of liquid. In cases involving very large amounts of liquid, excess moisture may run off the waterproof layer and spill over the sides.

These are rather extreme situations, but we'd rather let you know in advance than promise that our changing pad can handle an entire ocean! 😊
